My name is Olivia Dickey and I am the Interim Principal for the 2024-2025 School Year. I am so excited to be here as I was a Penrose Beaver K-6th grade and a Florence High school alumni. Penrose Elementary is a wonderful place to be! We have an amazing staff that truly are like family. I have been lucky enough to work at Penrose for the last 6 years- as a third grade teacher, a 6th grade teacher, and an interventionist. I also was the "acting" administrator (if our principal was out of the building) for the last two years before getting this role! I have my masters in Curriculum and Instruction and truly love to learn. Outside of school, I love to be outside as much as possible and work at my father's restaurant, Juniper Valley Ranch.
